Description
Multiple territories available nationwide for seasoned pharmaceutical/medical reps that have strong existing contacts with our targeted specialties including orthopedics, pain management, rheumatology, podiatry and family practitioners, etc.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit with flexible territories and uncapped commissions paid out from 20% - 24% of sales. This opportunity can be used as a supplement to your existing sales position or as your sole income source allowing you to be your own CEO. If you are currently marketing compounded pain medications and are not being paid at least 20% we would like to speak to you.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Our compounding pharmacists work directly with prescribers including physicians and nurse practitioners to create customized medication solutions for patients whose healthcare needs cannot be met by manufactured medications. Our topical compound medications provide an alternative to oral medications as a non-addictive modality.
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Steady and consistent work history exemplifying sales success
- Experience preferred with a willingness to learn new skills and actively participate in continuous development and the realization of company's team goals.
- A history of close personal relationships with physicians and their staff in this territory is expected in order to drive brand preference.
- Main call points will be Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Oncology, wound care, and Workers compensation providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work autonomously with a high degree of sales proficiency
- Leverage relationships with physicians/practitioners and their staff. Educate via office calls and in-service meetings
- Develop and implement patient and practitioner database to enhance focus, direction and follow-up.
PERKS:
- Commissions of 20% - 24% allow you to easily reach a six figure PLUS income with no quotas and no cap on sales
