Question of the day February 22, 2017 Did President Trump severely limit compounding pharmacists' ability to compound many prescriptions with his executive order limiting regulations? Why or why not? Will the FDA be required under the executive order to scrap all non-statutory required regulations and guidance, leaving the compounding industry in the dark and very limited on what is permissible under federal law? Why or why not? Will we see more enforcement and more criminal and civil actions for violations under the DSQA than in the past?
