Second Question of the Day May 18, 2015 With news reports of ongoing federal investigations into at least 90 compounding pharmacies, should Congress hold congressional heairngs over Tricare/Medicare etc. and coverage of compounding medications rather than just meeting with individual groups lobbying for their positions? Why or why not? Should Congress permit the federal investigations to conclude before it talks to groups lobbying for their position and/or before it takes a position on the issue? Why or why not?
