The Docket History in United States v. Specialty Compounding, LLC, et al Case Number: 1:15-cv-148-LY

On February 23, 2015, the United States filed a complaint against Specialty Compounding, LLC, in Cedar Park, TX, Raymond L. Solano, III and William L. Swail.  The United States is represented by Jessica R. Gunder of the Consumer Protection Branch of U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. (rather than the United States Attorney's office).   Also on February 23, 2015 a joint MOTION to Enter Consent Decree of Permanent Injunction was filed by United States of America.   On February 26, 2015, the Western District of Texas (Austin) sent the attorneys representing the defendants, Deborah Pearce and Daniel Wheelus, notice that they had not been admitted to practice in the Western District of Texas.  The attorneys have ten days from the date of the letter to submit a Motion to Appear pro hac vice if they intend to represent a party in this case.
While the court is not required to sign the joint Motion to Enter consent Decree of Permanent Injunction, in most cases a court will sign such an agreement since the parties are in agreement it should be entered.  Stay tuned for updates on this very important case in the compounding industry.
