Third Question of the Day October 8, 2014 Are doctor's and hospitals checking the disciplinary records of compounding pharmacies before they purchase compounded medications from them? If not, what type of increased liability do they have for prescribing compounded medications from compounding pharmacies and pharmacists who have been disciplined? Isn't this all part of an essential compliance and due diligence-program?
