Third Question of the day November 16, 2014 If this News Article, Oklahoma Compounding Pharmacy Laws Some of Strictest in Nation, was written today would it be totally off the mark? Many other states have passed much tougher laws at this point, but the key is not only the laws on the book. The key is which states are actually enforcing the laws they have and forcing compounding pharmacies to comply with those laws. How many complaints against compounding pharmacies has Oklahoma received and done nothing about or issued very small fines against? How many compounding pharmacies has Oklahoma inspected this year?
