HEARING ON MOTION FOR TRO AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Court called to order. This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion for
Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction. (Dkt. 2)
Proffer by the parties. The Court GRANTS the Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion for Larry Cote
to Appear Pro Hac Vice. (Dkt.8) Testimony provided by: Renier Gobea, Plaintiff’s Client
Representative; Mark Meeks, DEA Case Agent; and Kenneth Boggess, DEA Case Agent.
The Court GRANTS the Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and directs
that RS Compounding’s registration be reinstated. The Court will set a hearing forthwith
as permissible by its calendar to will hear any further evidence that would justify the lifting
of the Temporary Restraining Order or the entry of a Preliminary Injunction.
