Second Observation of the Day August 18, 2014 Interesting that Texas State Board of Pharmacy is requiring out of state/non resident pharmacies to be inspected by private/approved companies and to pay for that inspection while it has yet to clean up the worst offenders of compounding pharmacies laws within its own state. Is this new law simply another sign of GREED among Texas Compounding Pharmacies and Pharmacists wanting to make more of the money for themselves. That is what it sure smells like.
