GRAND RAPIDS, – A former vice president of Kentwood Pharmacy, which folded with arrests of management and workers in a drug-repackaging scheme, is also facing allegations he produced child pornography after providing a teen with drugs.
The allegations are contained in a plea agreement filed Thursday, Aug. 7, in in Grand Rapids.
Richard has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and possession of child pornography.
