To accelerate our growth strategy, Fagron is currently recruiting a:
Finance Controller
You will be based out off the offices in and report to the Chief Financial Officer
Fagron .
The Finance Controller main responsibilities include drawing up the financial management
reports and manage the Finance Activities of JCB, a Fagron company. with the aim of
achieving the organization’s financial and operational objectives.

The Finance Controller main responsibilities include drawing up the financial management
reports and manage the Finance Activities of JCB, a Fagron company. with the aim of
achieving the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
Function:
- Advise the organization’s management in regards to short and long term organizational and financial processes
- Ensure the consolidation of accounts respective to various legal-accounting entities
- Monitor the month end closing reports
- Prepare detailed reports (financial analysis, ratio analysis,…) for management, including monthly reports to Fagron Headquarters
- Draw up the budget together with management and ensure managing and monitoring of the budget
- Helping out with the set out, control and follow up off Finance procedures in line with the Fagron guidelines to improve the quality of the used processes and tools
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Emphasis in Accounting preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a finance management position (audit experience)
- Proficient in the use of
PowerPoint
products including Excel, Word, Outlook and - Proficient in the use of Quickbooks
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work with a team
- Excellent follow-through and detail orientation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
