Question of the Day September 14, 2013 Does a compounding pharmacy that has 30000 prescribers around the country and hundreds of thousands of people and animals fit either the house or senate draft federal legislation? Shouldn't they if they don't? Who will be responsible for checking to see if fits 5% definition? Surely the federal government will not allow compounding pharmacies to self report?
