Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 1:13 PM ET) -- Until recently, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania were the only states that do not regulate nonresident pharmacies . This means pharmacies could ship drugs to patients in Georgia, Massachusetts or Pennsylvania without holding a nonresident pharmacy license issued by those states. But as of July 1, 2013, Georgia is longer a part of that list. The Georgia Board of Pharmacy now regulates nonresident pharmacies, and those that ship drugs to Georgia better get a license ASAP.
