House Bill Would Exempt Future FDA User Fees From Sequestration

A bipartisan House bill introduced Thursday (July 18) would exempt future FDA user fees from sequestration but would not apply to fees subject to the across-the-board cuts this fiscal year that are sitting unused at the Treasury, according to a congressional aide.
