Second Question of the Day February 19, 2015 What justifications or reasons would state boards of pharmacy have for not signing the draft MOU that would change the percentage of interstate units from 5% v. 30%? What should state boards of pharmacy consider in deciding whether to sign the MOU (assuming the draft guidance MOU) does not change significantly after the comment period?
