Previously Iowa Board of Pharmacy Denied Z-Stat Medical LLC. d/b/a Oldsmar Pharmacy which federal search warrant was recently executed at (see attached order for board's denial)
I think it would be a good idea for State Boards to be required to notify the "home" state of a pharmacy once approved or denied. And as far as Florida is concerned, I have suspected that their due diligence process is sub standard. There is no way that they would do what this board has done. Kudos to you Iowa.
