Third Question of the Day February 12, 2014 If more and more states pass laws requiring out-of-state compounding pharmacies to submit to inspections of the state they wish to do business in won't this ulimately have the effect of forcing compounding pharmacies that do business in multiple states to simple opt to be outsourcing facilities under the FDA's jurisdiction?
