Note that there is a cost for the majority of 483s if accessed from this website; whereas, you
maybe able to obtain the same form free from the FDA website or through a Freedom of Information
Request. However, if the report is one that has not been published on the FDA website and you
don't have time to wait on a Freedom of Information Request this may be an excellent resource.
thanks for the mention! You are correct that there are many free 483s available on the FDA website - however, 99%+ of our 483s are not available there.
