Question of the Day: 4/13/2013 For some areas of the law such as sales contracts, states adopt, all or in part,

a uniform code of law.  For the sale of contracts, the Uniform Commerical Code exists.  Which would be easier to follow and to enforce in the compounding world: 1) federal law that applies to every state with no variation or 2) a uniform code of compounding law adopted by the states, but the states are free to adopt, all or part, of the uniform code?
