Second Question of the Day October 19, 2014 Now that so many states and boards of pharmacies in those states have passed their own rules and regulations relating to compounding and all those laws are different do compounding pharmacists wish there was one uniform law governing them? Hasn't this hodge-podge of legislation tightened the ability to do business outside ones own state? Has it become a huge cost-benefit anaylsis for compounding pharmacists as to whether to sell their compounded medications across state lines and in which states? How many compounding pharmacies have made the decision not to renew their license in another state because of the cost and other requirements such as (testing, inspections, etc.)? Was this the result that compounding pharmacists expected or wanted by fighting so hard against federal legislation?

Question of the Day October 19, 2014 Is this unique to Eagle Analytical that they perform only non-CGMP testing? Are other compound testing facilities testing for 503B facilities?

Are you a 503B Registered Facility?

Eagle Analytical performs only non-cGMP testing and currently does not provide services for 503B registered facilities.
