y retail theft after diverting controlled
substances, non-prescription substances, and United
States currency from her former employer.
Doretta Fitzpatrick, Norridge

in refuse to renew status due to unprofessional conduct
 related to diverting a controlled substance
from an Osco pharmacy's controlled substance invent
ory for the purpose of self medication.
Melany Laird, DeKalb

Class 4 Felony, after admitting to diverting a larg
