Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service in BOOTHWYN, PA
Boothwyn Pharmacy - Greater Philadelphia Area
 
Job Description
Position Pays Salary, plus commission after 6 months, with opportunity for aggressive promotion and management opportunities dependent on your sales and acquisition growth.
 
We are seeking a unique individual that knows how to reach beyond traditional pharmacy and healthcare and exhibits passion for serving our doctors, patients and growing our specialty pharmacy business. The ideal candidate will be willing to develop processes and build their position so that in time they will be managing their own department. The ideal candidate would also have already worked in pharmacy and have experience in compounding pharmacy and customer service. In place of pharmacy experience, we will look to existing team building, presentation, research and high level of professionalism, communication and overwhelming interest with our business and healthcare community.
 
Responds to customer inquiries via phone regarding all aspects of Boothwyn Pharmacy business, in a professional, timely, accurate and caring manner while consistently meeting all guidelines. Solicits existing and new clients for add on increasing prescription rates. Be responsible for revenue generation and value creation by signing up small to medium veterinary and physician businesses to Boothwyn portfolio of existing and future services. Through leadership from sales management, the Inside Sales Rep will work on specific inbound/ outbound sales campaigns with the responsibility of building relationships, closing new sales and providing customer service to current customers.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking highly energetic and motivated self-starters with a proven record of success in ongoing pre/post sales account management via telephone.
M-F - Between 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Responds to customer, doctors office, patients via telephone, while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards.
  • Demonstrates appropriate customer-care skills such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness and other skills as identified.
  • Records, investigates and resolves member complaints as detailed in the Grievance Procedure narrative.
  • Recommends new ideas for growth and development of sales.
  • Logs, tracks and appropriately documents all issues utilizing on-line systems and procedures, and in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements.
  • Makes decisions that are consistent with the concept of a win-win-win for members, associates and Boothwyn Pharmacy.
  • Demonstrates based behaviors such as initiative, accountability and value.
  • Performs skills necessary to create a high-quality customer experience.
  • Proactively generate sales for new customers in a timely manner via cold calling and follow-up from sales leads.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the organization’s products and services.
  • Qualify, engage, validate customers’ needs and close opportunities using strong inter-personal skills.
  • Become knowledgeable about prospective customers’ business practices and functions through enhanced listening skills.
  • Sell in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture while implementing corporate sales POA.
  • Use of webinars and other online software for product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Use of CRM to consistently provide strong customer follow-up and weekly progress reports to sales management.


Desired Skills & Experience
Education: High School Diploma, Undergraduate College degree (preferred)

Experience:
2+ years pharmacy or related industry experience (preferred)
Proven ability for excellence in customer service
2+ years practical work experience
2+ years office administrative experience required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
 
Licenses/Certifications: Customer service, quality or training certifications, Certified
Pharmacy Technician (preferred)

Proficiency in QS1 or related pharmacy software (preferred)
Knowledge of email systems such as Microsoft Outlook sufficient to communicate with both internal and external contacts
Knowledge of Word and/or Excel sufficient to enter data
Knowledge of working within a database
