Law360, New York (August 09, 2013, 5:12 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday said it suspects at least 15 patients were sickened by a Texas compounding pharmacy’s product, the latest outbreak to harm the field’s image and drive Congress to consider enacting stricter oversight.
