Question of the Day September 14, 2017 Doesn't the defeat of the Carter Amendment by a vote of 141-279 provide extremely strong evidence against compounding pharmacist's argument that the intent of Congress was to allow office use compounding?

"Carter – himself a pharmacist who owns a Georgia pharmacy – backed the 503A compounders’ effort to expand their capabilities; the FDA’s draft memo would have limited the 503A compounders’ role.
