Abbott Admitted To Depakote Mislabeling, MDL Court Told
Plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation against Abbott Laboratories Inc. over birth defects allegedly caused by Depakote urged an Illinois federal court Monday to reject the drugmaker’s bid for a quick win, saying Abbott admitted it had mislabeled the seizure treatment.
