Question of the Day October 18, 2016 What should be the consequence for pharmacies and pharmacists who have lied or failed to provide full disclosure to state boards of pharmacy and the FDA by claimed they do not produce sterile compounded preparations when in fact they do make such products? Should the FDA and state boards of pharmacy be more proactive in discovering those who fail to disclose or lie about the sterile compounds they make?
