May 22, 2015 -- Westbury Pharmacy, at 8903 Three Chopt Road, Richmond has entered into a Consent Order issued by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy under §54.1 – 2915 of the Code of Virginia in lieu of a May 29 administrative hearing regarding last month’s Board Order that summarily suspended the pharmacy’s permit to possess and dispense prescription drugs.
