Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) sent a letter before the holidays asking the heads of a newly-formed inter-agency council if they need congressional help as they develop a national action plan to curb the use or overuse of antibiotics in food animals.
