EDMOND, Oklahoma -

A pharmacy in Edmond has agreed to pay $43,000 to settle claims by federal prosecutors that the pharmacy violated the Controlled Substances Act.

U.S. Attorney Sanford Coats said Friday that Sherry's Drug agreed to the civil penalties to settle the claims. The pharmacy did not admit liability.
