Second Question of the Day December 8, 2014 Is the fact a compounding pharmacy has a contract with a hospital, doctor, pain management clinic etc. a clear piece of evidence that the compounder is manufacturing drugs? If it is patient-specific wouldn't the patient have the option of where to take the prescription and have it filled even if the doctor is using the compounded medication in his or her office? Why or why not? What if the state is not an office use state?
