Pharmacist disqualified for 30 yrs

THE WA state administrative tribunal has reprimanded Frank Balestra, cancelled his registration and disqualified him from applying for registration for 30 years. The Pharmacy Board of Australia referred the matter in April 2013, after the Medical Board of Australia alleged he had dispensed about 100,000 items of anabolic steroids, stimulants, human growth hormone and clomiphene for non-therapeutic purposes since 2006,the Board said.
