Word that a national fungal meningitis settlement fund could be increased has cheered local patients.
But they'd still like to see the money.
"It's great news," Green Oak Township resident Jona Angst said of the proposal to boost the proposed settlement fund to $135 million. "But our creditors are still banging on the door."
