from a non pharmacists... could the outbreak of what ever she called it be from the way the compounded meds were stored at the hospital? i have seen that some meds need to be shelved in a certain way (cold, frozen, low light, humidity, etc) is she shifting the blame away from the hospital by blaming the pharmacy? just a question.
in her rant, i missed where she talked about the outbreak in the other 4 states. sounds to me that it was only her facility.
