Question of the Day November 13, 2014 With several state boards of pharmacy now requiring PCAB, a service of Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), for pharmacies that perform sterile compounding, what will be the ramifications of when PCAB inspects, and finds no issues but the FDA also inspects and discovers multiple issues as we have seen with some past PCAB accredited pharmacies?
