Federal agents raided a Northside chiropractic office Monday afternoon and arrested a man operating a chiropractic office in connection with alleged illegal dispensing of medication.
Dr. Pynkerton Dion Newton is accused of prescribing the weight loss pill “Phentermine” without a federal license.
Agents with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency walked Newton out of his office in handcuffs, and his silver Honda Element was towed from the scene.
