Fourth Question of the Day October 14, 2014 Is a compounding pharmacy that does not have a sales rep for its human compounded medication more likely to be engaged in kickbacks ? How does a compounding pharmacy that does not have a sales rep and who is supposedly not engaged in manufacturing (has all patient specific scripts) make millions and millions if kickbacks are not being given? How are 100s and 100s of the same compounded medication prescribed by the same doctor and fillled at the same compounding pharmacy without violating the laws?
