Patient Using Compounded Pain Cream with Ketamine that is several years old has questions

Side effects of topical compounded pain cream 10% Ketamine, clonodine, gaba, etc? 

This cream is a couple years old, I just used it for the first time in years and all of a sudden I got so extremely tired. Could the drugs in this cream cause that? I didn't think a topical cream could really affect me so much. Will I build a tolerance?

The cream is made of "KETA10%, CLON0.2%, GABA6%, IMIP3%"

Any information you have about this combination of drugs in topical form and any side effects would be great (not much information is online)
