Observation of the Day October 30, 2014 There appear to be very few salaried marketing or sales representatives and a lot of commission 1099 based sales representatives in the compounding industtry

Even ICAP has cautioned that this is an area that "{t}his is a particularly complicated issue but what every compounder who currently or is considering employing a contract sales person needs to know is that you, the employer, are directly accountable for the actions, statements and behavior of your sales person.  more from IACP found here
