Interim Rules - Ph 300
The Board voted on 9/10/14 to approve the interim readoption, without changes, of its expired Ph 300 rules. Once approved by the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (JLCAR), these expired rules will remain in effect for an additional 6 months, allowing the Board time to formally revise this section of rules. The Board held a public comments hearing on the proposed rules below. The hearing was held from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon during the Board's June 18, 2014 meeting held at MCPHS University, 1260 Elm Street, Manchester, NH.
