Sixth Question of the Day August 9, 2014 How many other state boards of pharmacy are going to require that the PIC have a license from that state before they can sending parenteral (sterile drug products) into that state? Will the state of Oklahoma strictly enforce the new law once it takes effect?

Beginning January 1, 2015 all new and renewal non-resident pharmacy license applications that require a parenteral permit (i.e. pharmacies compounding sterile drug products) will also be required to have an Oklahoma license pharmacy manager or pharmacist-in-charge
