Second Question of the Day August 20, 2014 How many compounding pharmacies are violating the laws and rules regarding clinical trials of new drugs? Should those violating these rules be prosecuted, fined, and/or shut down? Aren't they posing a huge risk to the health and safety of the public? Are the anit-kickback/referral laws being violated?
