Question of the Day August 17, 2014 Should pharmacy technicians be allowed to make sterile compounds? Non sterile compounds? If the argument is that pharmacists have been compounding medications for centuries then shouldn't it be the pharmacists making the patient-specific medications (which are a lower amount than if the pharmacy is manufacturing or an outsourcing facility)?
