Insurance Company Drug Managers Now Deciding What’s Medically “Necessary”---What this Article Fails to Mention is all the commerically available drugs that the Insurance Companies also excluded from coverage!!! The other Issue not mentioned is why are compounding pharmacist deciding what is medically necessary and why is that answer from them is that compounded drugs area always medically necessary?
