Fourth Question of the Day August 8, 2014 Especially in states where the Federal Appellate Court has rules on the issue, have compounding pharmacies who were compounding animal drugs from bulk cleaned up their act in recent months? Will they unless the FDA takes actions? Should the pharmacetical companies take legal action? Should there be a class action to recover lost profits? If not what should be the remedy for the violations?
