Marketing & New Business Manager and a Sales Manager

To accelerate our growth strategy, Fagron is currently recruiting a:
 
Marketing & New Business Manager,
Sydney, Fulltime
 
You generate sales by maintaining client relationships. You provide excellent
customer services and gain new accounts by improving Marketing campaigns.
You report  to the General Manager.
 
Function:
  • Translate sales objectives to a clear, concise Marketing strategy for Australia;
  • Devise, develop and plan a marketing approach for (new) innovative concepts;
  • Maintain frequent contacts with our customers to develop a long-term relationship and to help them with building their business;
  • Identify new potential accounts and promote Fagron and its benefits;
  • Travel interstate to visit compounding pharmacies and to follow up on leads;
  • See to consistent pricing and control of outgoing quotes;
  • Employer branding on websites / during events;
  • Make suggestions for improvements/innovations;
  • Liaising with our innovation department to determine new products and concepts;
  • Keeping oneself informed of developments within the pharmaceutical industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

Profile:
  • Pharmacist with excellent commercial and management skills;
  • Knowledge of compounding processes;
  • Work experience within Marketing  of at least 2 years;
  • Strong persuasive skills. You know how to inspire and convince people;
  • A friendly and service-minded attitude to greet all customers;
  • Ability to bring innovative solutions and work independent in a result driven culture;
  • Ability to travel interstate and to work on weekends at conferences/events;
  • Key values: ambitious, creative, commercial, strategic, flexible and a team player.
