Comment from Reader Regarding Clinics and facilities purchasing from NECC

Yes you are right. The "Dr's" and clinic's/facilities, according to their own words have not even lost patients over this. So it can only be a "cover thine a$$ type of lawsuit. Here is a lin for you to read and then you tell me, how "innocent" these clinic's and "Dr's" are. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_England_Compounding_Center_meningitis_outbreak Seems here in NH there is much that is secret surrounding all this. Think about this..these clinic's were purchasing these medications in bulk, which is not according to the letter of the law...so if they are willing to push the lines of the law like that, are they not also culpable? There is at least a decade of NECC violations, and many other compounding facilities have a decade or more of violations. It's not rocket science to look up these companies and find out if they have violations, which should make them suspect, at the very least. on Dr. O'Connell's Pain Care Center et al v.
