Why is there increased activity in animal health IPOs?

Just 18 months ago, there were no animal health IPOs. But ever since Pfizer ($PFE) spun off its animal health unit Zoetis ($ZTS) in February 2013, IPOs are flying. Husch Blackwell, a Kansas City, MO-based national legal firm with a Food & Agribusiness team, has laid out the top reasons behind the sudden rush--citing increased news coverage of the sector as one of them.
