Second Question of the Day July 14, 2014 Does this New York Times Article from 1999 quoting a pharmacist who says patent laws do not prevent a compounding pharmacy from compounding a medication like a commerically available explain at least in part why more manufacters do not sue for patent infringement? Is this another area where we need clearer more definied laws passed making it not only a patent violation but also a crime?
