Second Question of the Day July 10, 2014 How many compoundng pharmacies fail to keep or falsify the logs on adverse reactions that they are required to keep by 795 and 797? What about states that did not adopt all or adopted on part of 795 and 797? How many state boards of pharmacy actually look at the logs and keep a record of those adverse reactions? How many state boards of pharmacy simply take a compounding pharmacies or pharmacists word that there have been no adverse reactions? Why are the logs not made public? What are compounding pharmacies not required by law to post them on their websites or make them readily available for the public to review? How many compounding pharmacies have this available on their websites? How many would provide it to a customer if asked (assuming redaction of patient's name and other HIPPA type information)?
