Third Question of the Day July 21, 2014 What would happen if compounding pharmacies were required to print andi include with each compounded preparation filled any studies, adverse reactions or recalls for that preparations and include it much the warnings found in commerically available drugs, and if there were no studies, reports, etc. they also had to disclose that in writting to the patient? What about if they were required to do it and if they failed to do so it was negligence? Strict Liability? More cost and time for pharmacies, but more warnings, knowledge and information for the public?
