Fourth Question of the Day July 21, 2014 In litigation such as the NECC outbreak is there any potential liability for whoever trained NECC and its employees on sterile compounds if the training was improper or inadquate? Should there be liability? Is there any liability on the part of any company who accrediated NECC and assured the public certain criteria was meet if in fact that criteria was not meet? Should there be liability?
